At Astek Home, we take pride in the quality of our wallcoverings and decor; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns of unused and unopened items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original packaging, uncut, and in resaleable condition, then clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Send your return to our designated warehouse using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package is documented and arrives safely.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods to verify their condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
